Depleted Uranium Forums (DU-BBS)

This "Consequences of DU" forum was added at the suggestion of one of our users who has a very personal reason for being concerned about DU weapons.

One of the most useful functions this BBS could provide is an easy to access collections of personal accounts from people who have had DU actually affect their lives. So, I duly encourage you especially to post in this forum if you have had personal experience with this most controversial metal.

Hopefully you have already put your story on the Internet, and if so, this can be a good place to post a link to your blog, website, gallery or homepage.

I am an Operation Desert Storm veteran and with Susan's help and the UMRC I recently found out that I tested positive for DU and Uranium-236 or artificial/man-made uranium and that this is consistent with my blood test for chromosomal abnormalities.  
Susan I am so sorry about Terry and what you and your family had to go through and truly hope mine doesn't have to go through it as badly.
My health has been getting worse each month and progressing rapidly.
